职位描述:
Responsibilities
Brands (80%)
Support UAT needs for all partners.
Work with the onsite manager to reproduce issues raised by the external partners.
File defects found by Partners and work with dev teams to get them scheduled after reproduction.
Build provisioning for the partners.
Governance (20%)
Collection and reporting of QA metrics.
Work with various team leads to define and implement strategies to improve QA productivity
Implement changes needed in Jira, as needed, for improving QA efficiency
Work with Tools team to define new reports to be built for metrics collection.
Qualifications
Must have worked as a QA Engineer in the past with 3+ years experience.
Automation/Development experience is a definite plus.
Strong understanding of QA fundamentals.
An excellent communicator, fluent in written and spoken English, with ability to work with remote teams in different time zones.
Strong people skills, able to persuade and collaborate with technical resources.
Experience scripting using Jira
Experience with code quality metrics collection including Continuous Integration.
Strong experience using Agile methodology.
Must be able to identify and attack areas of risk within the development, and then be able to document and present this along with solution proposals.
