职位职能: 软件测试 脚本开发工程师
职位描述:
岗位职责：
- 负责10人左右的自动化测试项目小组的工作；
- 确保测试项目能够及时且高质量的完成；
- 关注组织内部员工的工作状态和职业发展规划；
- 能够积极有效地与相关团队合作，促使项目圆满完成；
- 推进更新测试工具和框架的创新。
任职资格：
- 三年以上开发测试自动化框架经验；
- 广泛的领导测试自动化项目的经验；
- 熟悉Java/Javascript开发脚本，熟悉Selenium；
- Android开发：Android框架，Robotium，UiAutomator；
- 很好的英语交流技能，具有良好的英语口语。
Responsibilities:
- In charge of a Test Automation project team of 10+ engineers.
- Ensure that the automation target can be done in time and with good code quality.
- Take care of each team member and their career development.
- Effectively and actively collaborate with all relevant teams in order to get the project done successfully.
- Innovate the test tool and framework.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experiences in developing test automation framework.
- Extensive experience in leading the test automation project.
- Advanced knowledge of Java/JavaScript, familiar with Selenium.
- Android Development : Android Framework, Robotium, UiAutomator.
- Excellent English communication skills. |
