职位描述:

Responsibilities:
1.Supervise and daily steering of Auto sales team in different locations for contracts preparation and execution.
2.Guarantee correct implementation of contracts in company's systems and in line with company's governance rules .
3.Assure and coordinate continuous flow of key customer information to support top management for sales steering decisions sales teams in every region (visits, phone contacts) to gather information and feedback from customer as well as promoting company's products.
4.Prepare and execute budget, based upon Long Term Strategic plan; quarterly Sales plan follow-up in cooperation with KAM
5.Manage preparation and follow up of Sales plans (to support Sales Director).
6.Monitor on weekly basis order entry compared to sales plan and organise necessary adjustments of sales plan
7.Monitor contracts implementation by involving necessary resources
8.Coordinate commercial relationships between Partner Clients & SSC
9.Ensure high level interface of sales team with Mills and integrated SSC. Support sales team for emergency handling
10.Coordinate team to prepare price offers for clients: price calculation, implementation in systems, and yearly regularization
11.Keep overview of service needs of customers and coordinate activities with CMO supply chain management.
12.Set up Business Management Tools & preparation of operational dash board in cooperation with KAM
13.Analyse Ebitda margins and contribute to margin optimisation
14.Follow-up Partner Client Financial Account & credit limits in cooperation with KAM.
15.Monitor working capital (stocks & overdues): invoicing check, payments follow-up and recoveries and take the required actions
16.Consolidate the yearly PAP (progress action plan) and monitor quarterly progress.
17.Assure continuous flow of information gathered from customers inside CMO organisation
18.Coordinate staffing of the teams and organization.
19.Supporting KAM by giving information, so that KAM is able to appoint, upraise and set objectives for the team

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor at least, marketing and /or min 6 to 8 years experience in sales/trading of steel products
2.Chinese citizen with good English language skills
3.Good sense of autonomy, proactive
4.Flexible to travel
5.Good experience of team management
