4、熟悉Scrum and Kanban，具备Agile经验是加分项。
5、具备组织性，结构力，专注力。
6、具备良好的英语听说读写能力。

2、As a senior front end developer you are also expect to know JavaScript (OOP), CSS, XHTML, ASP.Net and SQL.
3、Experience with MVC, HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery is a big plus.
4、In addition we rely on WCF for service communication.
5、We use fairly complex architectures (both from a development and systems point of view) so experience with service oriented environments (multiple services, multiple machines) is a definite plus.
6、We use Scrum and Kanban so experience with Agile development is good but not absolutely required.
