Job Responsibilities工作职责:

Analyze and support solve the technical problems of the production line.分析和解决生产线技术问题

Analyze production figures, set actions to improve the efficiency and yield 分析生产数据，制定改善生产效率及合格率的方案

Analyze and optimize production/process layout to improve efficiency and yield 分析及优化生产/工艺布置，改善生产效率及质量

Supervise assembly operations to achieve production target监督生产线以确保达到生产指标

Cooperate Maintain machines, equipment and tools配合维修和保养机器、设备与工具

Ensure that QC procedures and standards are followed确保遵循质量控制程序与标准

Lead workshop continuous improvement and lean production activity主导车间的持续改进、精益生产活动

工作要求

Bachelor degree and major in mechanical, electrical or electrical-mechanical.

Fluent English.

Minimum 3 years related position in manufacture industry, especially in continuous automatic assembly line.

Knowledge on production line control, and especially familiar with the production process of high temperature furnace is preferred.

Knowledge on problem solving skills, be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA is preferred.
