Responsible for developing action plans to implement manufacturing strategy in the areas of direct and indirect labor, supporting supplies, plant engineering, quality, and continuous improvement for a production facility. Implement actions to assure facility meets customer expectations for quality, cost, and delivery. Manage and develop production support team.

Duties and Responsibilities :
1.Direct all production activities at the plant site.
2.Align plant production objectives with overall business unit strategy.
3.Ensure maximum efficiency and productivity of production facility.
4.Ensure production volume, cost and quality of production, and production schedules are met.
5.Manage, train, and develop direct reports through the use of Management Process and other developmental programs.

Qualifications and Requirements
1.Bachelor Degree in related discipline
2.8 plus years of experience in manufacturing related field
3.A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience supervising a group of mid or senior level professionals in a manufacturing environment
4.Recognized expert with ability to convey/train knowledge to others
