| Job Summary The job holder is responsible for quality management system establishment, maintenance and improvement, including but not limited to plan and conduct audits, coordinate quality tools application, organize quality management review meeting, provide related trainings/consultations, manage quality documentation& record, and other job assigned by his/her supervisor/manager. Job Responsibilities 1) Quality managmenet system establishment, maintenance and improvement a. Support supervisor/manager to establish quality management system in CBI CN headquater and Wuhan plant (WuhP); b. Introduce CBI worldwide harmonization procedures and merge current QMS to fit CBI QMS structure; c. Conduct internal system& process audit and coordinate ISO/TS16949 certification audit and customer audit; d. Support CBI worldwide audit when necessary; e. Follow up and verify corrective actions including lessons learned; f. Initiate continuous improvement to optimize and standarlize current processes; g. Compile and regular review quality procedures to ensure the applicability; h. Assistant quality management representative in organizing managmenet review meeting and follow up OPLs; i. Responsible for documentation and record control; j. Prepare regular quality reporting for management review; k. Coordinate quality tools application, such as QG, FMEA, etc; l. Provide related trainings to associates if necessary 2) Quality mindset promotion activities 3) Coordinate Quality Intitiative activities 4) Other tasks required by direct supervisor/manager Authority 1) Be authorized to report any quality system deviations to quality manager; 2) Be authorized to request corrective, preventive, and continuous improvement actions to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of quality management system; |
