ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Builds and design web applications using RingCentral APIs and partner APIs
• Familiar with Agile methodology
• Attend daily scrum meeting
• Translates designs and styles provided by the UI/UX team into user interfaces,
• Understands how to write cross browser compatible code with high performance requirement
• Troubleshoot customer issues or provide resolutions
• Triage production defects, recommend and apply resolution
• Deploy Apps in production and test environments
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Highly skilled front-end development technology such as JavaScript, JavaScript libraries jQuery, Angular, HTML and CSS
• Understand how to code for the major browsers such as Google Chrome, IE, Firefox and Safari and browser development tools and how to use them in JavaScript code
• Excellent communication skills
• Understands the product development process
• Takes ownership of tasks and self-driven to make things happen with minimum supervision
• An ideal candidate has experience with server side technologies such as Java, Databases along with strong client side programming experience
NICE TO HAVE
Exposure to Salesforce, CRM and SaaS applications
Experience in Computer Telephony Integration, VOIP, SIP. |
