职位描述:
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily office administrative management
- Set up and implement administrative policies & regulations
- Source vendors and negotiate admin contracts, e.g. office lease, hotel, air ticket, car rental, etc.
- Review and negotiate admin contracts including office rental, car rental, etc.
- Prepare admin budget, conduct cost analysis and recommend ideas to reduce cost
- Organize and coordinate company events such as annual dinner and annual ww Sales meeting
- Supervise receptionists, functional assistants, drivers
- Receive VIP visitors and Provide logistic support
- Liaison with vendors, suppliers, customers, headquarters and other branch offices
- Handle expatriates' visa, work permit, residence, card, house rental, etc.
- Organize and coordinate big projects when arise, e.g. office relocation, office decoration, new site opening
- other duties and support work to department as assigned


Requirements:
Experience/Skills:
-University graduates
- Minimum 5 years work experience of admin support, including at least 2 years as an Office Manager with a multinational company
- Strong PC skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or Lotus Notes
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
- Desired personality: energetic and proactive attitude, good team player, strong communication skills
