工作职责Responsibility:
1. 制定制造质量控制方案及相应的检验方法，配置相应的检验工具；
Making the manufacturing quality control plan and inspection methods, allocate the relevant inspection tools,
2. 入库检验。组织检验员按检验标准及方法或产品图样的规定对进厂材料（原材料，零部件，辅助材料）进行检验；
Incoming inspection, assign the inspectors to test the incoming materials (raw materials, spare parts and auxiliary materials) based on the inspection standards and methods or products design requirements,
3. 过程检验。组织检验员按检验标准及方法或产品图样的规定对生产过程的各工序质量进行检验；
Process inspection, assign the inspectors to test the process quality based on the inspection standards and methods or products design requirements,
4. 零部件成品检验及整车检验。组织检验员按检验标准对成品及整车进行检验；
Finished products inspection, assign the inspectors to test the finished products and trailers based on the inspection standards and methods,
5. 检验记录。组织检验员对加工过程、产成品的检验进行记录，按规定保存记录；
Inspection record, assign the inspectors to make the inspection records of the process and finished products, keep records followed the regulations,
6. 系统性地对生产相关人员进行全面质量管理的相关培训。
Give the production staff the relevant TQM training.
职位要求Requirements:
1、本科及以上学历，机械工程及相关专业，熟悉ISO9001质量体系或TS16949体系，熟悉APQP、PPAP流程并能熟练运用PFMEA、Control Plan、SPC及8D等质量管理工具；
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related, familiar with ISO9001 quality system or TS16949 system and other quality management tools PFMEA、Control Plan、SP and 8D, etc.,
2、5年以上工厂工作经验；3年以上整车厂质量管理经验
5 or more years factory working experience, 3 or more years of quality management working experience in complete automobile factory
3、3年以上中层管理经验；
3 or more years of middle management experience,
4、具备良好的中英文沟通交流能力。
Mandarin and English ability for daily work and communication is required.
