Responsibilities
1.Be in charge of all Manufacturing, and Logistics, Quality departments, plant Safety, Environment, Plant Support activities and personnel involved in these activities.
2.Sets overall policies and procedures to ensure effective manufacturing operations.
3.Leads and implements company manufacturing Systems, especially in applying the tools of Business System, Lean Systems(5S), Supply Resource Management, Pro-launch,etc.
4.Directs and plans on maintaining Quality and Environment standards meet the business needs
5.Leads products local manufacturing through Product Move and Parts Localization for continuously cost down
6.Directs plant to improve the effectiveness of supply chain management regarding inventory, planning etc.
7.Coordinates the execution of manufacturing schedule to optimize plant effectiveness
8.Directs subordinate staff in the performance of their respective roles
9.Guides long range planning relative to plants enhancements and equipment replacements.

　　
　　
Qualification& Experiences
1.Bachelor or above degree in Engineering or Manufacturing
2.No less than eight years management working experience, experience in the automotive industry is highly desired.
3.Good knowledge on LEAN manufacturing, Planning, Organization, Safety and Environment management
4.Capability of autonmous working and decission making within strategic and ecconomic objectives
5.Good skills on communication, leadership, and people management & fluent in English or German
6.Effective problem solving skill,highly sense of team work and cross-culture
