DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

1. Manage plant day-to-day manufacturing operations by overseeing Manufacturing, Production scheduling, Quality, EHS, Process/Manufacturing Engineering, Facility and Maintenance etc., ensure manufacturing takes place in a timely and efficient way within established quality standards：
  a) Working with technical process manager and IE to lead the team to optimize the working process and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
  b) Direct and coordinate plant operation activities to optimize the quality, efficiency and safety of the plant operation, ensure Safety.
  c) Manage and guide the EHS engineer to initiate and implement all EHS related activities to make sure the plant a safe and healthy place to work in.
2. Lead plant team building and people development with coaching, training, motivation, supporting employees to achieve their career development.
3.Performs administrative activities necessary for the effective management of the plant.

Qualification Requirements
1.University degree in Chemistry, Automation, Machinery, Industrial Engineering or other related fields.
2.Excellent communication skills and leadership in both English and Chinese
3.Organizational/Motivational leadership skills coupled with strong technical and analytical ability. Sound judgment with effective operational focus. Problem solving abilities for short and long term resolution.
4.Must be able to relate and interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization. Effective communication skills. Demonstrate creativity/innovation/initiative and strategic effectiveness.
5.10+ years above progressive managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.
6.Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large manufacturing environments.
7.Proven track record for making improvements and exceeding budget or forecast numbers.
8.Ability to analyze production issues and provide sound solutions.
