MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责
1.Establish eQOS target for internal and external quality, review the internal and external quality and ensure the quality performance reaches toward the target;
2.Establish and maintain 11 color quality systems in all production lines and ensure a stable process quality control.
.Quick response to problem solving which occurs in customer or internal processes following QRCM procedure and 8D to meet customer’s requirement.
4.Focus on the process quality improvement through quality data analysis, team work of problem solving and regular quality audits.
5.Organize and conduct process and product audits, LPA, and G54 audit;
6.Participate in new project launch and ensure PPAP submission on time.
7.Lead a team of PQE, CQE and establish standardize quality strategy
8.Manage & monitor subordinate performance, develop them toward the strategy.
9.Other tasks assigned by leader.

EY COMPETENCIES资格能力要求
1.Knowledge of quality standards such as TS16949 or VDA.
2.Familiar with TS 16949 Management tools such as APQP, PPAP, Problem Analysis Tools, SPC, MSA, 8D, Control Plan, FMEA, etc.
3.Solid leadership skills
4.Strong at driving activities for good result

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求
· Educational: Degree in Mechanical / Engineering or its equivalent.
· Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in mechanical industrial environment, preferably quality control in automotive industry.
