依据公司管理体系要求，负责整个发展部工作,包括项目开发\产品开发和实验室管理等
Job Summary: Responsible for the whole development department, including project development\product development and lab management, etc.
工作内容:
Job Contents:
1. 结合公司的发展方向和经营规模开发新技术研制新产品
Develop new technologies and research new products through combining with the company's development direction and scale of business.
2. 负责新技术新产品的前期筹备工作
Responsible for preparatory work of new technologies and new products.
3. 负责对市场开发的新项目进行技术评估
Responsible for technology assessment of new projects developed by the market
4.负责完成对公司员工进行新产品生产和维修的技术培训工作
Responsible for the technology training of new products production and maintenance to staff.
5. 组织新项目的实验室实验及配合质量部的质量认证工作。
Organize the experiments of new project and coordinate the Quality Department with the authentication.
6. 建议和维持工艺部员工的技能熟练度
Proposes and maintain competencies in development group.
7.参与管理会议和工作回顾
participates to management meetings and reviews.
8. 在项目和客户期待方面为其他工程师提供咨询
Act as an advisor to other EFC engineers regarding projects and customer expectations.
9. 和其他部门合作,制定设计、技术、产品发展和销售的战略
Work with other departments to establish a design, technology, product development, and vendor strategy.
10. 所有技术文件，技术资料及技术图纸的分类，编号归档工作
Technical paper classification of all technical documents and files, number and place on file.
任职要求：
大学本科及以上学历，工程技术专业 Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Engineering Technology 汽车行业TS16949相关培训 TS16949 automotive industry-related training 3年以上汽车零部件行业相关从业经验 More than 3 years’ experience relevant to automotive components 外语：英语（法语） Foreign Language: English (French) 熟悉ISO/TS相关的项目控制工具（APQP，PPAP，FMEA，CONTROL PLAN，FLOW CHART，CPK，SPC，5 WHY，8D） Familiar with project control tools related to ISO / TS (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CONTROL PLAN, FLOW CHART, CPK, SPC, 5 WHY, 8D) 具备领导技能，良好的沟通技巧 Leadership skills, good communication skills 具备较强的学习能力 Strong ability of learning |
