|
1. Stipulate the regular maintenance program. Manage the staff and especially the Engineers in order to realize the preventive maintenance of the production lines according to the yearly preventive plan
管理所有维护项目，包括组织工程师记录各种类型的规格标准.组织工程师团队能根据年度预防性计划对机械产品以及动力设备进行预防性维护
2. Set up PM for each machine and control the implement status. Provide the manpower in correspondence to the needs; Follow-up of the maintenance consumables Organize repairing & troubleshooting timely.
为每台机器进行自主维护并能控制执行系统，能够及时组织人员并解决出现的机械故障
3. Establish spare parts stock system, including spare parts list, stock and usage record.
建立备件存储系统，包括备件清单，存储系统以及使用记录等
4. Set up Prevent and improvement action according to the breakdown report.
根据各种系统性报告，建立预防和改进执行方案
5. Be responsible for facility, including plant, cooling water, compressed air, plant, water, forklift, and boiler. ,Ensure and maintain good housekeeping safe working practice
对场内的所有设备负责，包括工程大型设备，冷却水，空压机，铲车，锅炉等，保证并维护所有现场地区设备，机器在干净以及安全的环境下运作
6. Familiar with firefighting system in order to maintain facility under safe condition.
熟悉消防系统并能使设备机械在安全，以及正常环境下运作
7. Control the maintenance cost within budget
将维护机械以及电气成本控制在预算范围内
8. Lead the team to reach the annual target (KPI).
领导团队达到年度指标任务
9. Train our technician team. Establish the LOTO system.

Job Requirements 岗位要求：
1.
本科或以上，电气自动化或机械类，至少5年以上行内经验
2. Being familiar of Siemens step7 and Omron CX-Programmer;
熟悉欧姆龙CX程序，对西门子step7有一定了解
3. Having the basic mechanical and hydraulic knowledge;
了解机械和液压知识 Bachelor or above, majored in automation; At least five years working experience; |
