MAIN MISSION: 
•     Manage human and technical resources from Industrialization department to deliver manufacturing processes on Time within Quality, Budget, manufacturing cost and safety objectives. 
MAIN ACTIVITIES  
Activity 1: Support ongoing developments  
•     Define industrial processes, write specifications, review supplier offers, follow supplier activities, manage and support installation and tuning of industrial equipment, drive commissioning according to  expectations for all prg developed in Asia 
•     Deliver manufacturing process in line with our best practices, Safety, Quality and efficiency. 
•     Support projects to guarantee attainment of objectives according to INPRO 
•     Manage supplier panel with the support of Purchasing department while driving Capex spending down 
Activity 2: Define needed resources to execute Business plan 
•     Communicate to Research VP needs for Research support 
•     Coordinate and manages industrialization resources, anticipate needs 
Activity 3: Processes and Skills 
•     Identify and formalize industrialization best practices in terms of organization, skills and process management  
•     Capitalize learnings and fosters exchanges on identified industrialization best practices 
•     Coordinate technical training for industrialization engineers with HR 
•     Manage for Asia representation into the synergy meeting, support activities accordingly 
Activity 4: Support to plants 
•     According to the requirement of plants, ensure the technical support for productivity, quality, process problem solving 
•     Foster continuous improvement activities 
•     Facilitate inter-plant communication and training to ensure cross plant transfer of experience and information 
Activity 5: Team management 
•     Leads objective setting and assessment process for the industrialization group  
•     Gives input to objective setting and assessment process for development and project managers 
•     Cascade CEO and Industrial VP ‘s objectives and strategy to all industrialization services 
•     Promotes Global Leadership Model to all associates in support of its Global Mission Values and Objectives.

COMPETENCES AND EDUCATION BACKGROUND 
STANDARD COMPETENCE (NATURE AND LEVEL):  
•     Fluent in English  
•     Good communication capacity with project core team, domestic or foreign supplier, plant and  engineer in worldwide 
•     Good supplier management capacity (domestic and foreign supplier) 
•     Competence for analyzing, solving the problem and building the action plan 
•     Competence for formalizing and transferring the know-how 
EDUCATION BACKGROUND (LEVEL AND MAJOR): 
•     Bachelor in Engineering 
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES: 
•     Minimum 2 years’ experience  |
