JOB SUMMARY 工作概述
. The Sales/Program Manager represents  at Customer (only one voice) and is the entry point to customers
. Is accountable to develop profitable business to increase market share
. From Management input, is accountable to negotiate price level for competitive and profitable offers
. Manages all price communications to customers and cash-in for all customer invoices (proto., specific investments …)
. Tracks selling price and material margin evolution
. Is accountable of the project in all dimensions QCDR
. Is accountable for the achievement of the project targets set by the Management
. Leads development of project in accordance with INpro
. Manages the core team
. Ensures customer satisfaction
. Defines quality, profitability & costs targets and leads all project team members to achieve those targets (Q, C)
. Respects timing and controls risks (D, R)
. Ensures reliability & safety of product/system and ergonomic
MAIN MISSION 主要职责:
. Contributes for insuring profitability, growth and customer satisfaction
. Drives the customer RFQ process (Stopinvest set up and optimization)
. Prepares and submits quotations on time to customers
. Ensures reception/negotiation of all contractual documents applicable to customer project
. Leads customer price negotiations and revisions during development and production phases
. Monitor price revisions, consistent invoicing and payments
. Contributes to improvement of material margin, Ebit and cash
. Calculates customer monthly stocks by using customer forecasts, customer real consumptions (sales volumes) from previous months => this will allow to anticipate customer volume drop in case of significant sales drop
. Analyses China automotive market data for business presentations and strategy reviews
. Develops teamwork of all project team members to achieve project objectives.
. Builds project plan
. Secures availability of adequate resources
. Contributes to appraisal process of core team members
. Interfaces with the customer on all project issues, ensures good communication and information flow between Customer project team (including sites) and  project team (including sites)
. Sets project planning, anticipates deviation risks and takes corrective action
. Establishes budget and manages Development, Tooling and other expenses of Project within budget objectives
. Masters product and process design to achieve target costs and to meet profitability target
. Proposes Cost savings
. Ensures coordination and good information flow between project team and plant team
. Organizes regular project meetings with the project team
. Prepares and presents project to Gate reviews (and in any other program/project review as necessary)
. Identify project risks and implement action plan
. Issues (typically monthly) reporting & reforecast of the project profitability and of the project development costs + investments
. Ensures management of project till latest 6 months after the start of production or when targets have been reached
. Manages the productivity with effect on product/process
. Records project history file and shares experience; Implements “lessons learned process” on the project.
. Makes sure that technical/process choices are made in accordance with Quality targets
. Reviews with the support of legal, contractual and warranty status with customer and suppliers

. Minimum of 8-10 year working experiences with 5 years in Automotive
. Good experiences in Sales and Program Management
