Key responsibilities主要职责:
·Develop product and process data and conduct cost estimating in costing models.制定产品和加工数据，并在成本模型中进行成本估计 ·Ensure cost data up to date with most recent engineering changes, manufacturing process definition, or economics assumption changes. 确保成本数据的更新要包含最新的工程变更，制造过程定义或经济个体假设变化。 ·Cost benchmarking between different product designs, manufacturing processes, and economic assumptions；contribute cost improvement ideas to operation team.不同产品设计，制造流程和经济个体假设之间的成本标记基准；为运营小组提供成本改善建议。 ·Responsible for costing model and rate development on internal/external product or manufacturing process.负责成本模型和外部/内部产品或制造流程的速率变化。 ·Use activity-based-costing method. Ensure costing model rates regularly updated and bridged with market or internal realities.使用作业成本方式。保证成本模型定期评估，并根据市场或内部现实更新过渡。 ·Support product planning, business planning, industrialization footprint study, and other strategic planning activities支持产品计划，商务计划，工业化轨迹研究和其他战略性计划活动。 ·Deliver product cost estimating training to relevant functions. conduct on-job coaching and real place workshop to ensure knowledge and skill well transferred. 对相关职能部门进行产品成本估计培训，实行在岗指导和实地研讨，确保知识与技巧得到良好的传递。 Requirements要求:
·Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering preferred, advanced education degrees in business, economics, finance, and accounting is a plus.本科及以上学历，工程相关专业优先，有商务，经济，金融，会计等相关的高等教育学历更好。 ·3-5 years relative work experience, automotive or relevant manufacturing company preferred. 3-5年相关工作经验，汽车以及相关制造业人才优先。 ·4 years experience in industrial / process engineering, material processing, or ·Product engineering, cost estimating related experience preferred.在工业/加工工程、材料加工或产品工程、成本预测方面有4年工作经验者优先。 ·Sufficient knowledge of engineering design relating to mechanical products or production process. 与机械产品或生产过程相关的工程设计方面的丰富知识。 ·Fundamental knowledge of accounting and financial management. 会计和财务管理的基本知识。 ·Basic knowledge of general process of program management and control. 项目管理和控制的一般流程的基本知识。 ·Engineering design and various office software. 工程设计和各类办公软件 ·Ability to take initiative, work independently and accomplish tasks efficiently.积极主动，独立工作并能有效完成任务。 |
