Responsibilities岗位职责
Provides manufacturing engineering expertise to product launch processes to build manufacturing suitability into new product design.
在产品创新过程提供制造工程方面的专业知识，使新产品的设计具备制造可持续性。
1、Guides and coordinates Advanced Manufacturing activities within development projects . Ensures, supports, and develops manufacturing capacities in plants, monitors and audits adaptation of manufacturing best practices and standards in the plant. 指导并协调开发项目中的先期生产活动。确保、支持和发展工厂的生产产能, 控制并审查工厂内对生产最佳实践和标准的适应情况；
2、Be in charge of the quality execution of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering tasks as defined on PLUS timeline. 负责投产系统时间表上安排的先期制造工程任务的质量执行。
3、Uses industrial engineering methods to determine the assembly time. 使用工业工程的模式定义装配时间。
4、Provides specifications for manufacturing equipment in line with Johnson Controls standards and recommendations for equipment procurement. 根据江森自控的标准提供生产设备的规格，并提出针对设备采购的建议Develops assembly aids and fixtures开发装配工具及工装Implements JCMS in new processes在新流程中实施江森自控制造体系.
5、Works with SD-Teams to complete product launches与同步发展团队共同完成产品投产；
6、Evaluates on-line raw material requirements对线上原材料的需求进行评估；
7、Cooperates with Center of Excellence for further development of Advanced Manufacturing tools and processes ( R )与优化中心合作，进一步开发先期生产工具和流程
Improves the plant and process layout for new and existing products (AutoCAD, Tecnomatix)
对新产品和现有产品的工厂和流程进行改善（AutoCAD、Tecnomatrix）
Participates and/or leads activities for manufacturing footprint analysis, continuous improvement of new and/or ongoing manufacturing process and lean manufacturing implementation
参与或领导与生产规模分析、对新的或现有生产流程的持续改进以及精益生产实施相关的活动
Competency Requirements (能力要求)
1、Bachelor’s Degree, major in engineering preferred 专科或以上学历，工程专业优先；
2、Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering Background, 2+ years of working experience in manufacturing or related field.制造或机械工程背景，在制造或相关领域有至少2年以上工作经验。
3、Seating Process Knowledge汽车座椅相关工艺知识
· AME1: 相关焊接工艺(点焊, 弧焊)
· AME2: JIT 座椅总装
· AME3: 发泡工艺
· AME4: 汽车内饰, 注塑工艺(injection)
· Tooling Knowledge 模具知识 (金属件与发泡)
· Equipment specification设备规格
· Basic Lean Manufacturing knowledge 对精益生产有基本的理解
· 较好的英语口语沟通能力 |
