| Job Objective: $ Provide professional recruitment services to business $ Support business to ensure right person on right position $ Activate company culture by dynamic tools Staffing: $ Prepare annual Staffing Cost and Headcount Budget $ Searching, screening, interviewing and recommending qualified candidates ; $ Coordinating candidates selection & hiring decision making process; $ Implement and improve the company recruiting policy $ Improve the recruitment process to make sure the recruitment efficiency. $ Building up talent pool in dynamic business environment $ Search, select and maintain effective recruitment channels, liaise closely with recruiting agencies $ Campus recruitment: support business on searching campus candidate to prepare the talent pool $ Control and manage the related Staffing issues $ HR Monthly analysis and report. $ Participate in other HR related projects as assigned. Job Requirements: $ Education: Degree and above; $ More than 3 year related work experience in manufactory $ Language: Fluent in English (oral & written); $ Computer skill: Family with Ms office $ Autonomous, hard working $ Good communication, coordination, interpersonal and organization skills $ Team work spirit $ Work independently under pressure $ Knowledge of PRC labor laws, policies and practices $ Strong sense of confidentiality, honest |
