| Job Objective工作目标: $ Plan and implement AGR marketing activities for AGR sales $ Plan and implement branding campaigns to promote SG brand in AGR market $ Monitor and analyze customer requirement and improve customer satisfaction Job Responsibilities工作职责: $ Regular field research with end users, and monitor competitor moves; $ Monitor the price evolution of AGR market and develop a pricing strategy; $ Regular visits to dealers to monitor customer needs; $ Customer satisfaction survey and survey report; $ Arrange training/seminar for dealer and/or insurance company; $ Maintain AGR presence on social media; $ Marketing Communication Materials (AGR presentation, brochure, posters, gifts…) $ Other issues assigned by superior EHS: $ Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules. $ Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements. $ Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline. $ Integrate EHS information/subjects into company communication medias (e.g., news letter, communication board, intranet, booklet, posters, video…) Job Requirements工作要求 $ Education学历: Bachelor degree in Marketing or related majors $ Language语言: English $ Computer skill计算机技能: Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word); Photoshop preferred. $ Work experience工作经验: >2 years in related function $ Others to be specified其他: Independent thinking and able to work under pressure Professional and team player Proactive & Quick learning Continuous Improvement Communication willingness |
