职位描述:
Responsibilities
1. Provide responsive and quality technical support with opportunity qualification, solution scooping, technical risk assessment, and overall solution formulation during initial presales and bid management.
2. Formulate winning solution strategies, technical value propositions and solution proposals to support presales and bid efforts.
3. Provide high quality advices on technologies, industry and solution trends to customers in analyzing and planning their current and future IT needs. Aims to provide high value added advisory consultation to customers to earn trusted advisor standing.
4. Prepare and deliver persuasive technical presentations to support presales and bid efforts. Lead in technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept efforts.
5. May act as Chief Designer, Architect or Technical Manager on one or more major engagements to lead and oversee solution implementation and project delivery.
6. Assume a quality assurance role on one or more engagements to ensure that solution design or architectures proposed and implemented are in accordance with current best practices and standards.

Requirements:
1. At least 7 years of IT industry experience, have a track record of excellence in pre-sales technical support, solution design and implementation. Familiar with Manuf/Telco/High Tech industry is preferred.
2. Strong Data Center operation/Management and large mission critical systems infrastructure or architecture background.
Have project experiences with Data Center infrastructure design or Data Management solution. ITIL certification would be a plus
3. Results driven and achievement oriented with an aggressive personality and can-do attitude, willing to take on major challenges.
4. Good inter-personal, communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
