| Job Objective工作目标: § Responsible projects from APQP phase 1 to phase 5 and ramp-up activity. § Customer satisfaction. § Team management and development. Job Responsibilities工作职责: § APQP project and project team management. § PBR Control, and RBC cost improving according to target during development. § Ramp-up follow up and SOP readiness. § Follow company and legal regulation(e.g. EHS, 5S, Quality) § Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules. § Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements. § Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline. § Integrate EHS best practices into all design/product development. Job Requirements工作要求: § Education学历: Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields § Language语言: English: CET4 or above § Computer skill计算机技能: - Good knowledge of MS-office - MS Project - Basic CAD/CAM skill § Work experience工作经验: More than 2years of related experience § Others to be specified其他: Product development skill, APQP experience |
