主要工作目的 Main Purpose of the Job: 作为公司面对客户的窗口在现生产项目、项目开发和新项目获取中同客户的采购、技术、质量、项目平台等部门接洽,负责协调处理与所负责项目相关的商务问题;建立和维护客户端基层客户关系网络,确保客户关系管理有效性;客户方信息及时准确的收集、跟踪和反馈,协助决策制定;确保内外部信息顺畅沟通。 As the Company's customer-facing window,contact customer’s purchasing , technique , quality , program platform and other departments during serial program production , program development and new program acquisition; coordinate business problems about the program in charge;initiate and maintain customer network at basic level and ensure customer relationship management efficiency;collect,follow up and feedback in time accurate information from customer side to help decision making;ensure good internal and external communication. 主要工作职责 Main Job Responsibility: 负责合同执行的跟踪和检查,及时发现合同执行过程中的异常情况,向客户提出相应的申诉和索赔要求; Responsible for tracking and checking the implementation of the contract , find out the problems arised during contract execution ,make complaints and claims to the customer 跟踪和更新价格演变,确保新价格执行的时效性; Track and update price changes, ensure the timeliness of the new price implementation; 参与年度价格谈判,确保尽早达成新的价格协议; Participate in annual price negotiations, ensure to reach the new price agreement as soon as possible; Cash situation and overdue 根据财务提供的成本信息制作工程更改Fete表报价,通过商务谈判确认和签署Fete表,并在新的产品价格中执行,确保项目盈利目标; Make the Fete table in accordance with the cost information provided by Finance and make the quotation ,confirm and sign the Fete table through the business negotiation ,and execute it in the new price of product ,ensure the program profit target 跟踪客户的付款状况,出现问题时及时协调,确保货款的及时到位 Follow up overdue and cordinate in time once problem occurs,ensure recovery on time 整理商务文档,确保信息的完整性、一致性、合理性和可追溯性。 Arrange business documents, to ensure the integrity, consistency, rationality and traceability of the information 熟悉客户的组织机构,随时了解和掌握客户重大决策和动向; Be familiar with organization of the customer ,realize major decisions and trends of the customer at any time; 收集客户表述的和隐含的要求和愿望,及时整理并在公司内部分享、分析,以制定相应的行动方案; Collect the demands and wishes of the customer whether implied or expressed, clear up them and share them in time, analyze them internally, to make the appropriate action plan 把公司内部的要求和希望以明确或隐含、正式或非正式的方式传达给客户,以影响客户的判断和决策; Transfer demands and hopes of our company to the customer through the manners formal or informal, implied or expressed ,to influence customer's judgement and decision-making 负责同客户的商务沟通,起草各类商务文件,在任何正式商务函件发给客户之前,确保得到相应内部批准 Communicate with the customer , draft out kinds of business documents, ensure internal approvals acquired before sending any formal business letter to the customer 同客户内部各部门相关对口人员建立并维护良好的职业关系,形成客户关系网络; Establish and maintain good professional relationship with interfaces of customer relevant departments,upbuild customer network; 识别相关问题的对口决策人和相关信息的出口人,努力与之建立良好的个人关系,确保客户关系管理有效性。 Identify the decision-maker of the issues and window person of the information ,establish good personal relation with them,ensure customer relationship management efficiency. 利用各种信息途径收集竞争对手和市场信息,定期更新信息; Use various channels to collect information of competitors and market, update information regularly; 利用SWOT等工具进行市场分析,定期回顾修订分析结果,制定相应的行动方案。 Use tools such as SWOT to analyze market, review and update regularly the results of the analysis , etablish corresponding action plan. 岗位任职资格 Position Qualification: 1、产品和工艺知识 Product and Process Knowledge 2、成本构成、价格分析和计算 Cost Structure、Price analysis and calculation 3、公司项目管理流程 Company Program Management Process 4、客户现生产和项目开发流程 Customer production and program process 5、公司业务计划(BP)分析 BP Analysis 6、SWOT分析工具 SWOT analysis tools 7、法语和英语听说读写译能力 Listen,speak,read,write,translate ability of French and English 8、Office办公软件 Office tools 9、《合同法》知识 《Contract law 》 10、人际沟通和商务谈判技能 Interpersonal communication and commercial negotiation skill 11.大学本科及以上学历 Bachelor Degree or above in any major 12.2年以上汽车零部件行业销售工作经验 2 years above Sales work experience in automobile industry |
