| 1. OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的 Lean Promotion officer is a position mainly in charge of providing training or certificate to operators, implementing and developing OJT programs and providing daily production support. 2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责 l Promote and communicate lean activities throughout the PL. l Plan, organize & arrange staffing of workshops throughout the plant. l Drive improvements in measures of performance through the teams. l Support program launch process. l Provide daily production support. l Develop and implement OJT programs, audit 5S activities. l Understand, teach and promote the use of all tools described in the Operations Excellence Tool box, such as: - Process Mapping - Throughput Time and Value Added operations - Constraint Management - Waste identification and reduction - Standard Operations - Inventory Pull Systems - 5S and Visual Factory - Process Design. 3. KEY COMPETENCIES资格能力要求 l Able to communicate in English. l The ability to lead teams. l Process knowledge. l Challenging attitude. l Drive and commitment. l Must be a change agent willing to do, teach and lead others through continuous improvement actions at high velocity (hours vs. weeks). l Manufacturing experience or lean knowledge sufficient to warrant credibility among workshop participants and Plant management staff. l Ability to lead by doing while demonstrating leadership and people management skills. l Computer literate with Microsoft & database ability. 4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求 l Educational: Engineering background.. Experience: More than 3 years work experiences. |
