主要工作目的 Main Purpose of the Job：
组织，管理和指导物料计划员和生产计划员以控制存货水平并保证生产物料的供应
维护系统，保证系统基本参数的准确性
循环盘点核查的责任人，负责检查账与实物的一致性
在FRS拓展的结构里，推动PC&L的工具和方法在工厂内实施。
主要工作职责 Main Job Responsibility
系统维护System Maintain
维护系统内的产品结构和物料的主要参数，保证其与工程的一致性
Maintain the product structure and item master in MFG/PRO system and ensure
将工程转化为系统内的，并保证系统的与实际生产工艺和采购状况一致
Convert the engineering BOM into MFG/PRO BOM and ensure it is in-line with
当有技术变更时及时更新系统内的BOM
Update BOM in MFG/PRO whenever engineering changes are implemented
及时更新和检查系统内的物流参数，保证其准确性，如安全库存，提前期等
Update and check logistics data in MFG/PRO timely and ensure the accuracy of

Arrange and consolidate the department procedure documentation
物料供应控制Material Conctrol
监督物料计划员的工作，保证物料供应，并使存货水平在预算内
Monitor the material planner and ensure the inventory level in budget and ensure
与部门经理共同确认存货计划
Work together with Log manager to confirm the inventory planning
安排和检查盘点，确保库存的准确性
Arrange and check phycial check, ensure the inventory accuracy.

控制进货的额外费用
Control the extra transportation cost (inbound)
审核供应商的送货服务
Audit the supplier’s performance
团队成员管理Team Management
与团队成员共同工作，紧密关注物料的补充
