Duties and responsibilities
1. Implement and manage Underwriting Department meeting SLA
2. Forecast and review capacity according to sales plan
3. Supervise training and ensure quality control on service
4. Coach/mentor team leader to achieve higher productivity and service level
5. Design of department process related documentation
6. Provide assistant to projects involving Underwriting
7. Cooperation with other units in Operation and other departments
8. Provide suggestion to Risk department base on underwriting process
Requirements
Education/Experience
1. 8+ years experience and minimum 2-3 years direct management experience in big operation/Underwriting(Credit Admin) - retail financial services industry
2. University degree above(Economics, Engineering, or other)
3. “Western experience” is an strong advantage
Required skills
1. Strong leadership and team management skills
2. Process management and quality management skills
3. Direct experience retail risk/operation/customer service environment
4. Native Chinese, fluent in English (oral and written)
5. Advanced Analytical skills and excellent in PC skills
6. Persistent, highly trustworthy and loyal
7. Hands-on but structured approach |
