Position Responsibilities:
1. Participate in software engineering projects, perform testing and quality assurance activities
2. Participate in software design reviews, testing, configuration control, bug-report and track
3. Work closely with developer and project manager, ensure the quality of the software products
4. Participant in test planning, case development, perform test case, and report to manager
5. Support the QA development for testing tool, framework, and methodologies to improve test efficiency, improve automated test strategy.
6. Follow-up the process and strategy improvement for SW product quality
7. Keep management aware of the quality status of software development projects during the design, development and deployment phases
Qualifications:
1. more than 9 years experience with BS Degree in Computer Science.
2. More than 5 years web site test or application software testing experience
3. Good at script programming, such as shell, perl, ruby
4. Familiar with Java or OO language, RDBMS(Oracle/SQL)
5. Familiar with software test automation tool, such as Junit, Httpunit, Jmeter, TestNG, Robot, Loadruner
6. Familiar with Linux and Windows environment
7. Ability to work independently, self-motivation, good inter-personal skills
8. Good judgment and objectivity in approaching problems
