1. Position
Project leader
2. Responsibilities
To guarantee the product definition conform to customer needs and also its optimization
To schedule and coordinate necessary actions for their project until 6 months after SOP
To optimize CDP / Investments for their parts and manage the project expenses (R&D, Indus, Investments , Tooling , start up costs)
To coordinate DFMEA , PFMEA and all the product & system validation plan and launch the necessary fixtures
To ensure development Parts Supplying &Prototypes & Serial Tooling ordering
To identify and manage the Quality Cost Timing Product Process Risks during all the development
To coordinate the transfer from the development to production
To present Project Review (timing plan, Risks, RPI, Improvement plan)
To centralize all project information and documents in
To supervise project leader, design engineer
To ensure with project leader that project are running well at the customer
To establish with other service the product and system validation plan
To cooperate to the process feasibility and developments (extrusion die , specifics tooling …)
To focus with technical director and project leader on technical & economical risks
To participate in the continuous improvement and to the knowledge capitalization
To participate in the achievement of a good profitability on all projects
Guarantee respect procedure of project management
To ensure the role of project leader for initial phases
Definition and proposal for training plan
