2 Project Description
2.1 Name CIT (Clusterintegrationtest)
2.2 Description The project CIT covers an integration test for a major part of the applications of Deutsche Telekom (IT-D). Main focus are end-to-end tests in the complex application environment of the IT-D as well as the support of the operational tests
3 Detailed Work description
Responsibilities
• Support and controlling of the project team in China at the project management level to ensure the agreed conditions for time, cost and quality
• Escalate problems and risks towards the German team lead and the Offshore Management
• Report, as agreed, the status of the tasks assigned to the Chinese project team
• Controlling of working hours of the Chinese employees within the project
• Development of solutions for current problems and coordination of this with the German team lead and Offshore Management
• Risk Management for the Chinese project team
• Support the team lead on German side to integrate offshore employees into the project
• Identify problems within the Chinese team, develop suggestions to improve the teamwork
• Supporting the team lead and the Offshore Management on German side at identification and selection of new offshore employees

4 Profile description

• Experience in test and test methods +++
• Experience in integration test +++
• Verifiable at least 4 years of experience in test +++
• Verifiable at least 3 years of experience in each project management and test management +++
• Experience in identification and evaluation of risks +++
• Experience in test tools (Fault Management, Test Management tools) +++
• Strong quality consciousness +++
• Strong personal sense of responsibility +++
• Strong ability to familiarize with complex technical and functional topics in short period of time +++
• Strong ability to work in a team +++
• High motivation and resistance to high work load +++
• Willingness to extended work time, in the evening and on weekends +++
• English +++ (business fluent)
• Willingness to work in intercultural projects +++
• ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager (or similar testing certificate) needed +++
• Project Management Certification (PMP or similar) preferred +
• Strong ability in analytic analysis, highly organized work and very self dependant working +++
• Strong ability in communication +++
• Willingness to travel (transition time at least 6 months!) +++
5 Boundary conditions
5.1 Test-Center, location (city) Wuhan
5.2 Availability 100%, 5 days a week
