Position: Quality Engineer
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for new project quality plan and control, lead the cross functional team members and implement PFMEA and control plan.
2.Coordinate application engineer new production approved by customer, submit PPAP on time. 3.Process sign off with project team prior to SOP. 4.Direct the production process quality control and related issues. 5.Non-conformity analyses and make corrective and preventive plan and follow up with team. 6.Regarding to the defect in process and customer complaint, make a continual improvement plan and action implemented. 7.Process audit monthly with workshop leader and manufacturing engineer, lead to analyze potential risk and update Control plan. 8.Support lab technician to select the testing equipment & MSA. 9.Visit customer regularly, deal with the customer complains. 10.Disposal of non-conformance product 11.Set up and maintain the traceability system with relative department 12.Coordinate with the quality manager for the quality system management. Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree in engineering field above,
2.at least 3 years relevant position work experience in automotive company; 3.familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC; 4.Familiar with 8D and quality tools; 5.Familiar with TS16949 requirement; 6.Familiar with stamping, welding or painting process; 7.Good communication skills and team work spirit; 8.Can work under the pressure; 9.Fluent English speaking, reading, writing, listening; |
