Necessary skills:

Experience in the following SharePoint topics: Administration, Workflows, SharePoint Designer, InfoPath Designer, Information Architecture, Performance Analysis and Debugging, APIs +
Desirable skills:

Know-how of other Microsoft technologies like .Net Framework and ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, XML, Internet Information Server and Active Directory ++

Experience of Application Lifecyle Management of SharePoint applications with the usual tools and methods +
