JOB SUMMARY工作综述:
Provides leadership to foundry maintenance team development. Manages the foundry maintenance team to support operations and directs the maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings. Accountable for foundry maintenance safety, expense and capital budges and related components of the Operating System (WOS).

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES工作职责:
Management
1. Manages the foundry maintenance team, planning schedules, developing and recommending budgets, monitoring and authorizing expenditures, organizing resources, hiring staff, arranging training, appraising performance, recommending salary adjustments and taking disciplinary actions.
2. Liaises with staff of other departments to remove barriers. Coordinates the activities of the maintenance group in supporting the production process.
3. Determines goals and procedures, communicating requirements to the team staff and providing leadership in their completion.
4. Monitors health and safety practices and procedures, ensuring observance of legislation and organizational regulations, investigating incidents involving loss or potential loss and taking corrective actions.
5. Representative for Plant insurance recommendation evaluation and implementation.
6. Develops foundry maintenance capital and expense budgets, monitoring and controlling expenditures.
7. Responsible for the management of the drawing system and project documentation.
8. Controls Safety\Environment\Health Factors.
Leadership
9. Provides leadership to the staff of the team, promoting the Continuous Improvement Process, Management philosophy, supporting and encouraging participation.
10. Develops and maintains a team environment, encouraging cooperation, leading and guiding shared problem solving.
11. Appraises performance and approves staff job changes and salary adjustments for direct reports.
Liaison
12. Cooperates with the staff of other departments to give specialist advice, share information and to resolve operating problems.
13. Liaises with staff of other departments to remove barriers. Coordinates the activities of the maintenance group in supporting the production process.
Other
14. Supports the Continuous Improvement Process.
15. Complies with company policies and procedures.
16. Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS任职要求:
? Engineering Degree/Diploma from a recognized University/College, or Licensed Journeyman, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
? Minimum of 3-5 years Industrial Maintenance Experience including budget control responsibility.
? Demonstrated leadership skills.
? Start-up experience would be considered an asset.
