Scope of Work
l SAP Application Management Support Main Tasks / Responsibilities l Provision SAP Application management Support in ERP Logistics (SD/MM) covering incident management, problem management and change-management. Job Description details l Response to incidents/service requests and resolution on time & quality according to service level agreement l Incident management includes classification of incidents, dispatch incidents and maintain status of incidents l Problem management includes root cause analysis and work-around proposal & realization l Change request management in adherence to the change request governance processes. Tasks include change request justification, blueprint, realization and deployment. l Support transition to AMS as needed l Documentation in Chinese & English l Onsite support per request (short-term) REQUIREMENTS l Good business processes knowledge in procurement-to-pay, and order-to-cash l Good knowledge of SAP ERP Solutions with SD and MM l 5 years SAP experience with proven expertise in SD and MM l 3-4 full life cycle SAP implementations. l SAP AMS experience is an advantage Education l SAP Certification in SD or MM is desirable l University degree
Technical Skills & Specialisation l ABAP Know-How is desirable l Knowledge and skills of Solution manager is desirable Functional / Domain Skills & Specialisation l SAP SD, MM l Integration knowledge with Finance and other logistics modules l Industry experience of Automotive is desirable
Language Skills (& level required) l Good command in English and Mandarin Language
Interpersonal / Consulting / Soft Skills l Well-developed customer focus l Good presentation and communication skills Management / Team Lead skills (if any) l n/a Professional Experience
