RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES 工作职责:
1. Set up and modify planning, shipping & inventory policies and process, including
MMOG. Establishing effective supply chain, information and material flow.
2. Team leadership, direct management of planning, shipping and warehouse team.
3. Staffs’ working knowledge, working skill training.
4. Team working quality monitoring, staff working attitude and working style coaching.
5. Planning function KPI's setting, monitoring and measuring. Reporting and ensuring
data’s timeliness and accuracy.
6. Management of all logistics activities . Management site warehouse.
7. Exception and issue management.
8. Data & information management, especilly ERP/PRP/MRP/ASN/EDI related.
9. Interface with regional/global logistic team.
10. Functional budget and expenses control.
11. Import/Export activities cost control.
12. Safefy and evironment control for werehouse and hazardous chemicals.
13. Controlling the department quality/evironment/safty/health factors.
14. Performing other tasks as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS 任职要求:
? Broad base knowledge of planning, warehouse management and supply chain processes.
? Qualitative analyzing and reporting.
? Familiar with ERP system as plus.
? Strong leadership skill.
? Skill of conducting challenge, change, control process.
? Interpersonal relationship and capability to operate in a matrix organization.
? Problem solving and decision making.
? Good communication, cooperation and coordination skills.
? Issue and exception management.
? Analytical thinking.
? Sharing and influencing.
? Good skills to build up network for internal and external.
? Knowledge for managing the international trading business.
