Job Description of Approval Manager
•Lead SCO/CO to achieve credit quality as well as approval turnaround time within set level
•Analyze loan application and be able to conduct diligent credit assessment
•Provide proper guidance/coaching to SCO/CO and
•Travel within Hubei to support SCO/CO task
•Asst to CO recruitment and skills training
Job description
NationalityEducation-Graduate/Undergraduate in Finance, Accounting, Business, or EconomicsProfessional Experience-Detailed and Analytical-Good leadership, 2 years in management level-Ability to work under pressure
-Good communication skill, and be able to persuade AO about creditworthiness of each application
-Understand local market, and local dialogue
-5years relevant experience in lending
Report to Regional Approval AVP
Subordinate: Branch Credit Officer, Super Credit Officer, Flying Credit Officer |
