KACE, the manufacturer of the popular KBOX systems management appliances, was acquired by Dell earlier this year. The rapidly growing product line is now known as Dell KACE and is being sold by the SMB, Large Enterprise and Public business units within Dell.

Functionally an Inside Product Specialists is responsible for supporting the selling of the Dell/KACE specific line of products and services via telephone to customers, partners and Dell sales representatives in the Greater China region.  Provide sales, technical / administrative information and sales quotations. Provide updated marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive posture of the company and prepare activity and forecast reports as requested.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Sell Dell/KACE line of products and services by responding to inbound or placing outbound calls, determining needs, overcoming objections, and providing solutions. Establish customer relationships with appropriate customer personnel such as purchasing, management and end-users. Forecast attainment utilizing segment provided reporting tools. Present and demonstrate products and services to potential customers at trade shows and/or on-site to increase exposure of products and services. Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors' products and pricing.

Applicants should be self-motivated with a high attention to detail. Applicants must be able to multitask. An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with ambiguity are a must. Candidates need to be familiar with computers and technology and comfortable using the Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office suite of products. Applicants need to be comfortable working with others and in a team environment. Applicant must be open to receiving constructive criticism (feedback) and applying and integrating the feedback in an effort to improve their results.
