- Leading the team(s) in fulfillment of service transition and service provision for SAP Application Management Service for Automotive/Manufacturing companies.

Main Tasks / Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the Service Level Agreement and KPIs pertained to the service transition and service provision
Job Description details
- Monitor daily operations of service provision and ensure adherence to the SLAs
- Manage customer expectations and motivate team members to stay customer-centric
- Task allocation and capacity levelling
- Create service level reports and communicate with internal/external stakeholders
- Provide expertise and guidance in addressing complex, cross-module issues
- Functional support on own area (low volume)
- Support customer with change request management, and oversee change request realization and deployment
- Effort estimation and pricing for additional services
REQUIREMENTS
- SAP ECC 5.0/6.0 overview
- SAP FI & CO > 8 Years
- 6-8 full life cycle SAP implementations.
- SAP AMS experience is an advantage
- English fluent (Project Language and all documentations are in English)
Education
- SAP Certification is desirable
- "ITIL Foundation" Certification is desirable
- University degree
Technical Skills & Specialisation
- ABAP Know-How is desirable
- Solution manager know-how is desirable
Functional / Domain Skills & Specialisation
- SAP FI; FI AA
- SAP CO, CO-PA, CO-PC
- SAP IM/PS is desirable
- Industry experiences in automotive is preferred
- Global project experience is preferred
