| Location: Shanghai , Wuhan (Preferred) Job Title: Oracle (Siebel) CRM Systems Architect Description: Responsibilities: · Create and deliver Siebel CRM functional design documentation according to business requirements · Design Siebel CRM systems architecture · Manage and deliver Siebel CRM technology implementations · Be technical leader for Siebel CRM developers for both own staff and subcontractors · Define IT interfaces to and from Siebel CRM · Act as technical interface to the customer · Delivery interface to sales and business consultants · Write technical sections and make effort estimations for Siebel CRM project proposals Requirements: · Strong foundation in Siebel CRM and related technologies · Project management experience for at least 3 full lifecycle Siebel CRM implementations · Experience in leading Siebel CRM implementations with at least 8 technical staff · Experience in delivering Siebel CRM projects to external customers · Working experience with managing suppliers · Experience in answering to technical sections of Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) · Experience in making effort estimations for Siebel CRM projects · Demonstrated knowledge in software development methodologies · Broad and deep IT knowledge in related technologies (e.g. JEE- & SOA- architectures, Java, technologies and frameworks like XML, XSLT, web services etc., relational databases and SQL) · Bachelor or master degree in computer science or in an engineering discipline · Experience in the automotive industry is desired · Siebel CRM certification is desired · Strong communication skills · Fluent English · Willingness to travel |
