Main Tasks / Responsibilities
- Ongoing support for SAP Application management in the area of MM/MM covering incident management, problem management and change management.
Job Description details
- Response to incidents/service requests and resolution on time & quality according to service level agreement
- Incident management includes classification of incidents, dispatch incidents and maintain status of incidents
- Problem management includes root cause analysis and work-around proposal & realization
- Change request management in adherence to the change request governance processes. Tasks include change request justification, blueprint, realization and deployment.
- Documentation in Chinese & English
- Onsite support per request
REQUIREMENTS
- Good business processes knowledge in procurement-to-pay, warehousing, logistics execution
- Experience in automotive industry is an advantage
- 5 years SAP experience with solid expertise in MM/WM
- 3- 4 full life cycle SAP implementations.
- SAP AMS experience is an advantage
Education
- SAP Certification in Material Management is desirable
- SAP Certification in Warehouse Management is desirable
- University degree
Technical Skills & Specialisation
- ABAP Know-How is desirable
- Knowledge and skills of Solution manager is desirable
