MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES:

1. As a team member of  localization team, work with Central purchasing organization to drive the localization for plant, source local suppliers and plan the project schedule to ensure material availability

to safe launch new project.

2. Implement  Global procurement policies, ensure  requirements on Quality, safety and environment,

etc can be met by suppliers.

3. Review master schedule loading & changes to ensure alignment with customer contract and liability agreement.

4. Monitor and drive to resolution to potential line-down material issues.

5. Provide timely performance appraisals to direct reports

6. Monitor and continuously improve drive-by-wire metrics. Create focus efforts for team to achieve

goals in excess, high-stocks, obsolescence, inventory turns, RTV/MRB/RTC, on-time-delivery, and external material downtime.

7. Optimize the supply chain of business, organize suppliers to involve in  supply chain program (VMI, consignment, JIT, etc) to reduce logistics lead-time and inventory, responsible to sign the liability

agreement if necessary with suppliers.

8. Organize supply schedule release and Monitor supply situation and take effective actions to ensure

suppliers delivery against production requirement.

9. Work with suppliers to improve supplier performance in term of on time delivery, quality as well

as service, cost.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Educational: University degree on Engineering or business.

Experience: 5-year above experience in purchasing/Materials planning area in a manufacturing unit.

4. Familiar with purchasing and planning process under MRP environment.
