Responsibilities:
• Establish ***** PoP China in labor market of Wuhan as an attractive employer
• Build up and enable the delivery organization of ******* PoP China by implementing processes and quality standards according to PoP Governance and in line with Global SI strategy
• Build up PoP delivery function in China including hiring, setup of infrastructure and all other relevant frame conditions
• Run the operations of PoP and achieve the revenue, gross profit and EBIT targets
• Coordination of PoP Management team including delivery heads, financial controlling, human resource, quality management and further functions
• Measurement and control of all defined PoP KPIs
• Assure success of projects for both ***** and the customer on time, quality and budget
• Overall responsibility (technical, business & financial) for all PoP projects and represent them in front of the customer (including escalation)
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in leading a software development or maintenance unit of at least 100 employees
• Experience in building up a company / branch from scratch
• Strong knowledge of the local Wuhan IT market combined with an established business network
• Excellent management skills with exposure to senior management of the customer
• Very good customer facing and customer relationship skills
• Very good intercultural skills
• Familiar with contract management and legal framework in China
• Good overall IT knowledge
• Working experience in a multi national IT company is highly desired
• Excellent English and Mandarin language skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and stress resistant
• Strong personality with experience in dealing with difficult projects and customer situations
• Team player
• Willingness to travel (oversea and within China)
