Responsibilities:
· Provide leadership and management of the whole sales team , to achieve targeted sales revenues, profitability, organizational capabilities and customer satisfaction goals;
· Recommend business solutions to achieve and maintain high level of customer satisfaction and requirements;
· To actively participate in short and long range business planning;
· To collect market intelligence and analyze competitor activities and to propose, execute, and evaluate effective sales and marketing strategies for the best business results.
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree
· With over 8 years of solid management experience in sales
· Good planning, analyzing and problem solving skills.
· Mature, highly motivated to succeed with tactful presentation skills and strong sales/communication skills
· Good command of written and spoken English,and Mandarin.
工作职责：
·领导和管理整个销售团队,完成计划的销售收入、盈利目标、组织能力和客户满意度目标;
·提供方案，达到和维持高水平的顾客满意度与要求
·积极参与长期与短期的商业策划
·收集市场信息，并分析竞争对手的活动，建议、执行并评估有效销售及市场战略，以达到最好的销售业绩。
岗位要求：
·本科学位或以上
·8年以上销售经验，至少3年管理经验
·卓越的计划、分析和解决问题的能力
·有野心，表达能力优秀，销售技巧成熟
·中英文流利
