职位描述:
assigned government strategic accounts. 
·   Teams with internal  resources and leads the virtual gov account team in making the best business decisions for the customers and Dell overall.
·   Where applicable may be responsible for overall quota for assigned account set.
Focus on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards.
Scope:
·   Anticipates customer needs beyond existing scope of Dell products and services.
·   Assigned to specific education account that traditionally is high in complexity and strategic importance to the firm.
Complexity:
·   Interfaces directly with clients on a daily basis to ensure customer satisfaction with the solutions, develop stronger on-going relationships, build new and broader relationships and identify additional opportunities for Dell products and solutions.
·   Accomplished sales professional, contributing beyond self, sought out by others.
·   Gains “insider status” and education department high levels to influence the schools buying process primarily targeted at the senior management level.
·   Has boardroom/executive presence.
 
Knowledge and Skills:
·   Viewed as a trusted business advisor to Dell’s gov accounts for Enterprise technology, products, intelligent classroom, online learning solutions and service solutions.
·   Uses in-depth knowledge of Dell’s Enterprise technology, products and services to help customers formulate strategy and direction.
·   Acts as coach/mentor for the sales community.
·   Builds a high performing team around a common goal or vision.
·   Engages cross-functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goal/meet customer needs of education accounts.
Experience:
·   >5 years of sales experience in related government segment experience
