职位描述:
主要工作目的Main Purpose of theJob: 
 Manage HR issues in line with business objectives.管理人力资源事宜,与公司业务目标保持一致
Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, career management, etc.实施有效的和综合的战略:人事管理、招聘、融入、职业生涯发展等
 Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes. 确保薪资支付和行政管理系统有效
Guarantee working conditions in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies.保证工作条件和集团HSE政策一致
 Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives.管理员工关系
 Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site, including "Employee Empowerment", part of the  Excellence System. 确保实施集团人力资源政策和程序在工厂内的实施,尤其是卓越体系中的员工激励体系
Report relevant HR information to Plant Manager. 向工厂经理汇报人力资源信息
主要工作Main Missions:
招聘Recruitment 全面协调公司招聘工作,管理以下事宜 Coordinate Recruitment issues as the following:
挑选招聘方式Choose recruitment manner
筛选和管理招聘的中介机构及劳务外包机构 Select and manage recruitment agency and outsourcing agency
筛选和管理招聘媒体。组织参加招聘会Select and manage recruitment media. Organize recruitment conference.       
监督和管理面试程序,参与面试Supervise and manage interview process. Interview all candidate.
管理任命书Interview and manage the process of launching offer 
Taleo的使用者Key user of Taleo
新进员工的入职Enrolment Process
 协调员工试用期考核Coordinate the probation appraisal 
薪酬福利C&B
 制定薪资福利政策和程序 Define C&B policy and process
薪资计算和支付Salary Payroll
上缴个人所得税Submit incoming tax
计算和缴纳社会保险Calculate and submit all Social Insurances
 处理保险的转移和提取等手续Deal with the process of transferring and taking out for all insurance
 处理相应税务部门和社保机构的社会关系Treat with Tax bureau, Social Insurance Office 
为财务提供薪资数据Provide salary and insurance expense report to Finance 
工伤保险理赔Deal with Accident Insurance process when accident happen
回答员工关于薪酬计算和保险缴纳方面的问题Answer the question about salary calculation and insurance calculation 
为薪酬和福利体系和制度的制定和更新提出建议Suggest C&B system or policy  
人力资源信息系统HRIS
Complete HR Reporting 完成人力资源报表
Manage and use PIMS and Taleo管理和使用,成为PIMS和TALEO的培训师
 Manage and use e-HR system 管理和使用人力资源电子信息系统
人事管理 Staffing Management
 劳动合同管理(制定、鉴证、签订、解除、纠纷等的管理)
Labor Contract Management (issue, certification, signature, termination and dissension)
更新组织结构和岗位说明Update Organization & Job Description
管理员工档案资料Manage personal file and staff table
管理各种证明(生育、劳动关系、收入等…)Manage all Issues of all prove documents (such as labor relation, incoming and procreate etc.)
 处理员工违纪处分程序Help HR Manager to deal with discipline process  
员工回顾 Staff review
组织和管理绩效考核,例如:APDR, OAR, 月度绩效奖金,FCB, FVC 等Manage and organize Performance Review, such as APDR, OAR, Monthly performance bonus,  China Bonus  Variable Compensation etc
 管理员工接替计划 Manage Succession Plant
处理员工离职面谈和离职风险分析 Deal with Separate Interview and Resignation Risk analysis.
 组织职业生涯发展面谈并与专家和工程师级的员工进行职业生涯发展面谈Manage career interview and do career interview with Professional and Engineer

    保证和工厂经理的透明和及时沟通Ensure transparent timely communication with Plant manager 
    在培训方面与其他人力资源专员合作Cooperate with other HR officer on the training point of view
    参与员工激励子系统的各项活动Participate the Employee Empowerment activities
3.部门内其他员工不在时,顶岗Replace other staff’s job when he/she is absent or busy
4.直接经理交给的其他临时工作Others temporary job given by Direct Manager
