Responsibilities:
1. This senior level IT leader is expected to provide the vision and strategy to develop scalable repeatable processes and solutions in complex healthcare environments, enhancing the company's competitiveness and to smoothly integrate existing service offerings into new deals.
2. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are a must with an emphasis on sound presentation abilities. This person must have solid executive presence as this role will require frequent contact with executives, internal and on client sites. This includes the ability to immediately establish and manage critical customer relationships at the Executive level, including technical buyers and key project stakeholders. As appropriate, this individual must also be capable of interacting with the client's Board of Directors as well.
3. Sound financial and business acumen are essential, as the role will require the ability to manage, interpret and develop financial models and to respond appropriately to new business cycles across the scope of service offerings.
4. We are seeking a skilled negotiator; an individual who is able to craft and articulate how the value of the benefits of the "solution" outweigh the client's objections and come to a comfortable purchase decision that delivers both tangible business results to the client and a profitable engagement for Perot Systems.


Requirements:
The ideal candidate requires the following skills, attributes and proven experience:
1. Minimum of five plus (5+) years of progressive, successful consultative business development solutions experience. Proven track-record of success in a senior IT position.
2. Preferred experience base will have been gained in Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO).
3. Must possess a demonstrated track record of structuring and winning longterm deals in the $10M to $100M range. This includes developing a blendedcombination of technology and business solutions encompassing financial models, service definitions, service level expectations and timeframes. This will be reflected by a background of leadership in the pursuit and closure of multi-year ITO services agreements.
4. Broad knowledge that spans a wide range of capabilities and their respective cost structures in the areas of third party and infrastructure tools , Network Storage, Mainframe Service Delivery, End User Support, Service Desk and Mid- Range Servers (UNIX, Microsoft Windows) etc. This includes how these capabilities must be assembled into an operational delivery model that is both financially and technically sound.
5. In depth knowledge with industry certified accreditation desirable in either the network, storage or midrange server domain; must be able to demonstrate experience in the successful delivery of one or more major IT projects (i.e. large scale enterprise projects; design, implementation and support).
6. Practical knowledge of designing and deploying any server, desktop, or application virtualization technologies is advantageous; having a thorough understanding of the benefits of all of these solutions is expected.
7. Must understand the "numbers" and be able to drill down into the details and make the business case from a financial perspective in developing accurate and standardized costing (pricing models) for delivery solutions. This will be supported by "hands-on" experience in managing, interpreting and executing balance sheets. Excellent planning and organizational skills-will bring the ability to respond appropriately to new business cycles across the service offerings.
8. Strong executive presence and professional image. Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to develop executive level (value-based) conversations with C-level decision makers and put together, or deliver, value based proposals to clients in the targeted industry sectors specifically Healthcare.
9. Strong understanding of Service Management and adopted best practice frameworks, such as ITIL.
10. A team player; someone comfortable working in a highly collaborative, team-oriented culture. Must have the ability to effectively utilize and direct Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) during the solutions development and sales pursuit process.
11. Must be action and results-oriented - a "take-charge" leader with strong business case development and closing skills. Ability to produce high-quality deliverables to given time-scales, and maintain a positive attitude - Deadling driven.
12. This is a Shanghai-based role, but must be willing to travel as business needs dictate.
