Applications Consultant, HIS
Location: Qing Dao

Responsibilities:
? Work directly with customers and partners, as part of a project implementation team, to install, configure and test our Amalga HIS solution.
? Provide thorough, on-site system manager training to both client and Microsoft System Integrator partners in system file building and solution functionality along with core system maintenance and troubleshooting.
? Provide telephone consultation and support services during implementation phase and facilitate client hand-off to the support team after defined post go-live period.
? Train end users on the use of the application
? Provide onsite support during system go-live

  Requirement:
? Educational degree (Bachelor’s and higher) in related field
? Over 3  years relevant working experience
? General understanding of clinical workflows within a hospital environment
? Prior experience with the usage, file building, and trouble shooting of a major HIS vendor highly desirable
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
? Excellent communication skills (oral and written); prior training or teaching experience a plus
? Ability to work effectively under stress
? Demonstrated high levels of initiative and attention to detail
? Frequent travel in the APAC is required.

? 对医院的临床工作流程有一定了解。
? 具有使用HIS主要厂商产品，为其建立文件和提供解决方案经验者优先
? 良好的分析能力和问题解决能力。
? 良好的沟通技巧（口语和写作）; 具有培训或教学经验者佳
? 能在压力下有效地工作。
? 积极主动，注重细节。
? 愿意接受出差。
