The Opportunity: 
Dell Solution Services is looking for Senior Software Engineer in Application Development to implement software applications as part of development team in Changsha office, China.  The Software Engineer’s primary duties would include:
• PHP-based Software program implementation based on development requirements as per coding standards
• Perform Unit Testing and debug the programs by following the quality-control processes
• Effectively communicate the status of assignments to the project manager
Candidate Profile:
Requirements:
• Basic Technical skills: 5 years and up overall experiences in Software Development
• Solid PHP (5 or greater) development experience updating existing web applications that integrate with databases
• Solid experience of setting up Apache Web Servers for PHP Web Applications
• Experiences in HTML, XML and Web Services
• Access 2003 and Windows 2003
• SQL Scripts and Stored-procedure programming experiences
• Middleware, Internet and SOA Technologies will be a plus
• Self-motivated and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Acceptable English communication skills
• Team work oriented
