Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoots problems including troubleshooting problems with hardware and software on desk side.
- Maintains the Windows server, McAfee server, Security access systems, Printers, Copy machines, PABX, all IT related assets.
- Installs and maintains network systems, Cisco router and related peripheral equipment.
- User training for basic IT skill.
- Assists in preparing the budget by researching costs of software and hardware
- Assists in manageing IT assets and licenses

Requirements:
-  Must Have
- Computer Science Degree holder with 1-3 years of IT experience in Desktop Support/Computer hardware and OS support/Software Installation Support/System Administration
-  Basic Understanding of Windows Installer Technology and Application Packaging concepts
-   Good understanding of Desktop Operating Systems – Windows XP, Vista , Windows 7
-  Well versed with Application Installation/Removal methods
-   Awareness of Application Packaging and Virtualization Technologies
-   Basic scripting knowledge (VB Script, Batch)
-   Good Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
-    Good verbal and written communication 

 Good to Have
-   Application Packaging experience on one of the Apps packaging tools – WISE/ InstallShield etc.
-   Good understanding on various virtualization technologies and concept around virtualization
-   Windows 7 Application Compatibility knowledge
