o Work in conjunction with the Technical Project Manager to keep the project on schedule and overcome any obstacles 
o Identify, analyze, track and report system and other related problems and issues to the Technical Project Manager 
o Provide guidance through knowledge transfer to support the following areas: 
? User requirements for data views, components, applications, forms, and alerts 
? Development of data views, applications, reports, forms and alerts 
o Participate in system testing 
o Assist in Customer Interface Analyst in identifying procedural and operational changes 
o Track feature enhancements and /or document problems, captured during implementation, for action by the Amalga development team 
o Provide support during go-live 
o Work with PM to obtain customer sign-offs
